Even the BBC news reported it. In fact there are some links to UK papers as well.

Just because there is one link to a Chinese newspaper does not change the fact that the Iraqi police detained British special forces. They were found with a car load of bombs and arab dress. They were arrested and put in jail, where in the Brits sent 10 tanks to free them. I thought the Iraqis were on our side? So why did they have to blow a hole in the jail? Why did a riot ensue?

Quite curious indeed.

Why are our allies detaining our coalition soldiers?

Why does the coalition then send in tanks to crush the walls of the jail?

Why do they let 100's of other prisoners escape?

Who are our allies? The Iraqis? This was the official police jail...the guys that we are fighting for their freedom...remember?
