I see that casting aspersions & stating personal opinions as
fact continue to be your forte. Since this isn't your first
offense (or 2nd, or 3rd, etc.), you have earned yourself
another temporary ban.

And as usual your opinions are wrong.

FWIW, I wasn't rooting for anything. I do agree with SCOTUS
Justice Antonin Scalia regarding the government's right to
deny art funds. I also agree with Jerry Scharf comments at
the end of the article. The Constitution does back him on
this. One would have to divine intent that simply does not
exist to opine otherwise.
