Well, I agree, it would be very foolish to merely throw money at Louisianna. That state has proven for years the they will steal it and not spend it for the projects it was intended for. So, if we are going to rebuild on the Federal dime, I hope that a STRONG CSAR is appointed to oversee it and all expenditures get approved and executed from the federal level and not down through the state and local government.jdn
