Bush was the one who blew it on Katrina. Quit trying to cover up for him. The Karl Rove propaganda wave to try and smear LA officials and exculp FEMA, Bush and Barbour is disgraceful. We all saw with our own eyes how the feds did not even get to the scene until 4-5 days after the flooding. As a result many many people died.

Bush is johnny on the spot this time because Rove told him to be. Just the way he was before the election in Florida in 2004. When it's to protect his political butt or buddies he acts, otherwise he's usually asleep at the wheel or on vacation. Just the way he was on terrorism prior to 9-11.
