As always, Bush is somewhat slow. Rita is his first storm. At least that is what he thinks. So he goes to NORAD to watch the storm on TV. Never heard of another President who goes of on an extended vacation from Texas to Colorado. Besides, isn't the VP a heartbeat away from the Prez. In the Bush-Cheny scenario it tis the VP who is the weaker in health. Wonder what Cheney is doing as a VP. Time for him to go and take care of his heart and ask his "energy lobby friends" to give some energy boost to his heart.
