The gov't put a 15% tax on sheltered accts, why wouldn't they increase to 20%?

Anyway, I'm just concerned about selling in general and capital loss. It matters how investors react, not whether that is rational. Investors are selling and the institutions that are index funds sell (due to lack fo inclusion).

The next 6 months could see another 5-10% retracement. I can't see why not, investors hate risk and uncertainty, the yield decreases (CGs) have been justified largely by increasing stability and acceptance in the sector. Remove that, remove the justification for lower yield and CGs.
