I didn't say you don't have a plan, but your pinheads in charge have some minor league plans for after a hurricane; Texas sets the standard for pre-hurricane AND after planning.

Hi R~ What do you think the reason for slowness of FEMA or other outside help might be? Or is it a case of the "squeeky wheel gets oiled first" ??? Is the Red Cross and/or the Salvation Army there? Won't be a smart aleck and ask if any of the Hollywood folks or Moveon idiots are there helping out....we all know that they are only there in front of the cameras...
