You proved my point. Clinton is a smart guy. He signed the law to remove Saddam. But he did not order the military in since the law did not say use military force. It merely said replace him with a democratic form of government.

Even though he wanted Saddam's removal, Clinton had about two years of his Presidency to order US military troops into Iraq to oust Saddam. But he didn't do so since he knew very well that it would result in a quagmire similar to the one that Bush is in now. Clinton knew then what Bush is slowly beginning to realize now.

You also proved my point that while the President moved to fight terrorism by ordering troops to into Afghanistan, he changed his mission to "removing Saddam" before finishing the task in Afghanistan.

How can you be posting something to support what I said earlier and saying what I posted is BS. Didn't realize you are that stupid.
