Not so much currently.

Germany has an agreement with Poland that limits the rights of Germans to buy property Poland in exchange for limiting the free flow of labor from Poland to Germany. I believe the agreement lasts around 7 years.

Poles are worried that Germans will buy up land that was German territory prior to WWII. Czechs have the same worry regarding the Sudetenland, but can't remember if there is a formal agreement restricting the flow of labor.
