Frank Rich had a similar opinion in the nytimes ... it's pay for view these days, but if you google "Bring Back Warren Harding" somebody'll have blogged it. <g> Nothing anyone here doesn't know already, but it's an excellent recap of the Enron era presidency "of a smoothly efficient C.E.O. presidency led by a Harvard M.B.A. and a former chief executive of Halliburton". He ties it right through Brownie into the present ...most recent crop of incompetents would scare the hell out of most people. <ng>
