So if I have this correct you pick out of a " grab bag " of resolutions by the congress of the USA one item and say...hardly a reason to attack..... So you agree it appears that there were many reasons to attack Iraq as your words imply....a grab bag of reasons to attack iraq..... yet you say...hardly a reason to attack .... Are you saying congress was wrong?...Bush was wrong for listening to them? Or are you maybe just a tad confused? :-)
