I wonder if, when the depth of the corruption in the chimpistration becomes widely known, his worshippers will regard Bush as a Grant-like figure? A good man who just trusted too much. Not personally on the take, but in rewarding his friends with positions of authority, having his trust taken advantage of by the greedy. I think he's just too dumb to know any better, and too much of a sociopath to care if he did.

The Republican Culture of Corruption. What's amazing is that: 1. Republicans, and some twisted Dems and Independents and Libertarians, actually think that cronyism and corruption is simply living tougher and smarter than the other guy. 2. Republicans blamed the Enron blackouts in California...remember those...on ENVIRONMENTALISTS limiting the production of energy even though California doesn't generate much electricity with petroleum. 3. Republicans are blaming the NO flooding on ENVIRONMENTALISTS putzing around with the levees except those aren't the seawalls that failed. 4. Republicans are so over-the-top with their lying, corruption, theft and incompetence that some Americans actually think it's the Dems and feminists and environmentalists that are preventing Republicans from doing good deeds in the world. 5. The best gift from the heavens for the US of A: nail Rove and all the lice-infected Republicans that surround that mangy dolt. :)
