That article's about 48 hours behind the times. I'd say about half the stations in town are still closed, but I was out at lunch and didn't see any lines at the places that were open. 290 is still pretty busy inbound, but is at highway speeds. I also imagine that the folks getting back home will probably want to fill up when they get here.

I was out on Saturday morning and listening on the radio heard of a place (Sam's club on 59 and Rice) that had gas. I went there, waited in line for about 20 minutes to top off and everyone was quite civil.

Thursday evening, though, gas WAS nowhere to be found and I was very happy to have full tanks in both vehicles.
