Yep, the refinery thing is smoke and mirrors for BigOil to make BigMoney on the backs of working americans.

At some point, people are just going to have to say NO. We won't work ever harder to make George and Exxon richer. NO. We won't mortgage our children's future to make Halliburton and Bechtel and Shaw and Fluor every richer.

You'd think people would get an inkling every time they fill up on $3/gallon gasoline.
