Have the other two refineries from Katrina operational?

ConocoPhillips, located in Belle Chasse, LA;
Murphy Oil, located in Meraux, LA

That is in addition to the two you listed (from Katrina):
ChevronTexaco, located in Pascagoula, MS;
ExxonMobil, located in Chalmette, LA;

The town of Westlake had very substantial flooding, it would be a miracle if they get Conoco-Phillips up in less than 3 weeks, IMO....LOL, didn't the WSJ say yesterday that there was "minimal" damage? Who cares, downtime is downtime, I say....
