As a Libertarian I think we should protect our borders only and stay out of foriegn conflicts.

Now that is a sensible thought. However the Iraq war is not a good war. The Afghan one is instead the war which agrees with the thinking that "acting overseas is the only was (sic) to ensure we've done our best to protect our borders."
