nyt, nudge must have been very expensive. i wonder how many lawyers , executives have been tied up in meetings, investigations, presentations on the nudge incident.

no wonder they are losing money, excessive over head on a matter of no interest except to those who watch every article printed by nyt. I bet nyt wishes for the days when they could print what ever they felt like without recourse.

Too funny and too stupid.

Jayson-Blair-in-skirts said that Geraldo had nudged the AF guy "out of the way".

The "out of the way" language was the point since it implies that the fellow was unable to do his work thanks to Geraldo's intervention.

It is what made the NYT's gal's false reporting not trivial.

This is elementary.

I am sorry to see that the "note" doesn't fully admit the error and that there is no public apology to Geraldo. I suppose the great and arrogant NYT will never stoop to apologize to a hack like Geraldo, even if he fully deserves it.

I suppose JohnM will not comment.
