JF, The point was that it's not a good comparison with Katrina... where there was no election to motivate. Maybe Bush shouldn't have cut short his month-long vacation in Crawford, TX. Why bother when it's not even an election year? Just blame Katrina on Blanco and Nagin, tell the poor folks in New Orleans to go drink sludge water, then get back to cooking steaks at the ranch.
