PHPG...rruff...this has been a frustrating situation because the company IS performing well...any look at the metrics and ratios ref progress made over last 2 years would show tremendous progress....what they have to do now is simply keep issuing pr's ref contracts even if names or amounts cannot be disclosed and just keep posting the numbers...and, obviously, swing into profits on a regular basis...rest of it is all there to make this a serious win..........if the mm's would play ball we could get some vol...my guess is they have no stock and don't want any activity...
