I feel your pain.

Fortunately I don't use SSP for my news, but I definitely was a little ticked when I lost my Level II quotes. I may not meet their criteria for an active trader, but I do keep a lot of money with them. Seems that should count for something.

Richard we not only lost most of the news feeds we enjoyed in the past, but the ones left from DOW are often only headlines with no detail. I think I may take a few of my accounts from Schwab and try another broker. I have been with them for 10 years. Jim
