His lawyer, Mickey Sherman, says he hopes the jury, and the public, will consider Skakel's life as an adult when the trial begins. It is expected to last three to six weeks.

The family used their power to keep him from being prosecuted and now they're trying to paint the press. A&E had a program on that murder, IMO he's guilty as hell. Yeah, he killed her........ but it's ok, he's all better now. <ggg>
