I'm doing much the same.. I'm having hardwoods installed where I didn't have them except the bedrooms, and I'm having new carpet there. I'm changing out the tile in the kitchen and bathroom and the kitchen appliances... It is a ton of work, but it's about that time...We have to take before and after pictures.
