SGMO has returned to its breakout point. Sitting right there on support. Unless Gloop's forecast pans out this one looks like it will hold.

No, we did not get THAT carried away with FST's. But, we did do a little thing with the flash light on the pavement, light down, where the subject would put their index finger on the top of the casing. Then we would instruct to rotate around the light, without removing the finger, three times. At the end of the third rotation they would be required to stand straight up and recite the alphabet. Ever hear a grown man "sing" his ABC's, get light headed and fall backward?

The guy in your clip was definitely DUI, but had incredible balance, given his impairment.

I would worry about the phyiscal tactics of the officer however. She stands too flat footed (no strong foot forward) and allows the subject to get behind her on at least two different movements. She is destined to get herself hurt in the wrong situation. This guy was happy and drunk, I would not trust her reaction with a sullen drunk or someone that had more of an agenda.

<SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Sterling Financial Corp. after Tuesday's closing bell lowered its third-quarter earnings forecast to 38 cents to 44 cents a share, and its 2005 forecast to $1.67 to $1.77 a share. The Spokane, Wash.-based bank holding company said it lowered its expectations based on slower-than-expected growth in loan balances and the impact of the continued flattening of the yield curve.>
Looks like the free lunch money for the banks may be coming to an end..;^)
(I expect to hear more about the narrow spread as earnings season approaches for the banks)
