i doubt Bush even under extensive speech training could ever get through a complete thought process without a screw up. You don't make it though Yale and get a Harvard MBA without some brights. He is just a poor speaker.

JohnC, Those that have not been there, know nothing about the effects of alcohol on the brain. It takes a lot more alcohol to kill brain cells than one might think, and it has been proven, that once a person quits consuming alcohol, the brain cells that may have been damaged heal themselves, and those that seem to be lost, regenerate. Bush has plenty of smarts, but just talks Texan which is difficult for damned yankees to understand. That Texas cowboy way has confused many a northerner while the cowboy runs circles around him, and sometimes kicks him in the butt.
