No shore. Not recommendable in Italy unless you want a bunch of German and Dutch tourists close to your place. I prefer peace and great views and a large own estate but water must be part of the view and not too far away like here 1.5 miles. Ah...then the price is comaparable. I am looking for waterfront...I want to be able to walk down to the lake in the morning and put my skulling boat in the water and get a nice workout...and other water recreational things one can do, like have a racing cat to raise hell with on a windy day. I know, i can always have a dock right at some marina. Al
