Bush is the one who let 9-11 happen by ignoring the 8-6 warning, and has now let Osama get away. Saddam had nothing to do with 9-11. And Saaddam is reportedly a big fan of Ronald Reagan, his old ally. He just hates the Bushes because he feels doublecrossed by them. He thought he had tacit permission to go into Kuwait. Saddam was indeed a creepy dictator, but he was not an imminent threat to us, did not ally with Al Qaida and did not have WMD's, especially nukes.
