I agree.

I find it interesting that the reverse mortgage my friend offers is only for those 62 or older. Judging from the explosion in his business over the past six months, that demographic is not making ends meet with the SS check.

I do not know if those under 62 can get a reverse, but I am certain it would not be protected by the government against upside downing.
