Delay said a week ago that there was no fat in the federal budget to cut.....that makes me wonder if maybe he isn't quite right mentally. Sounding like a lefty...like George Bush. What is it with the spend, spend, spend, republicans? Delay will get his day in court. If he authorized the payment for an illegal activity, if, he has a problem. He has good lawyers. The facts will come out. I dont' think anyone can paint this guy as a saint. Didn't he have three separate ethics admonitions from a congressional committee made up of both dems and repubs. He likes to cut the corners pretty tight. Always has.
