The libs screamed when Halliburton got a no bid contract. I guess they wanted it to go out to bid(90 to 180 days) then low bid would win and they would build the same old lousy levee.
The libs didn't scream when that other company got a no bid contract, must be because the Pres of that company is head of the LA democrat party

Jim, $50 BILLION in Open ended grants...Jeezzz...where do I sign up.

Become a developer and say you're going to rebuild a strip mall. The government will probably pay for just about all your construction costs, and you'll end up sitting pretty as the lease money comes in.
