BOOYAH, skidaddy! But he was bullish a few months ago...did he know nothing then, or does he know nothing now (that he's bearish)?<G> He's a moron (and a shrill, shrieking one at that), but he makes a few lucky "stopped clock" calls now and again. When you make 50 predictions an hour, yer bound to hit an occassional Texas Leaguer once in awhile.

Residential real estate is done, natural gas prices in the high 20's this winter will be the final nail. I'd short each and every bounce we get here.

Homies have to bounce sometime so I would not be surprised. But seriously, TOL has been one ride straight down from 58 to 41, and it sure doesn't look like its stopping.

Thanks to this thread for telling me about TOL. I don't know much about the RE companies.

But Cramer is great at marketing himself. Wouldn't most with real investing prowess maintain a low key disposition?
