Gee, is there anything a Republican could do that is worthy of criticism and indictment for which was't "idiotic" ? What if the testimony at trial shows that Delay said: "I know we are breaking Texas law by moving this money, but do it anyway"...would you feel any differently? Or is it just that some laws you feel are worth enforcing, and some are not? Of Course, Mr. Delay may be acquited. Let's let the process work and see how it all comes out. By the way, any reaction to the revelation that your hero, Brownie, ignored a seemingly prescient audit of FEMA capabilities? Or is that just contrived too. Must be a democratic auditor?
