At least you chose either A or B. So next step is the solution. Drill for more oil? Maybe in environmentally protected areas, like ANWR or in plain view of some multi-million dollar coastal home?

They would definitely pick A) if the steep price hike would be the result of a massive Energy Tax taking effect.
