How can Delay say this: "I am innocent. Mr. Earle and his staff know it, and I will prove it." If Earle didn't have a case, he'd never have brought it before a Grand Jury. Never. And if the Grand Jury didn't affirm it, there'd be no indictment.

Delay is not only finished he will bring down the GOP congress. They are squealing like stuck pigs today. This Blunt is almost as corrupt. Dreier made a fool out of himself by defending Delay and every Bushie pundit on TV got skewered badly last night. Notice Hannity-Colmes and Fox News had an improper and biased amount of pro-Delay coverage on last night. They gave DElay 15 minutes and did not put on a balancing act. However, Dick Morris did say that Delay literally stole the 2002 election from the American people by his gross cheating in Texas.
