The fact that your neighbor has all glass across the back might be why his cooling cost are so high. Esp. if the back gets a lot of direct sunlight. Large house, large glass area, hot weather... I've never been to Petersburg. Unless you count driving through on I 95). I live in Northern VA. Fairfax County. As far as forts and military bases the only ones that I spent any significant time on are Ft. Jackson SC (for basic) and Ft Gordon GA (AIT). Never been to Atlantic City either although I did go to Vegas once. Tim
