Bush cheated to get elected in 2000. He lost the election if you count the votes and allow legal voters to vote. Clearly.

Bush also cheated in 2004 to steal the election, though it is unclear is the margin of cheating really made the difference. We need a thorough investigation. And no more paperless Diebold machines. Ever.

Bush is the least popular president since Nixon during Watergate. Where you come up with a "mandate" for him is beyond any of us. He will be lucky not to get impeached with extreme prejudice.
