Downgrades for Brown's Topical Storm

Did you see him testify? The physical change in his appearance was amazing. What had it been.....two weeks? He looked very different. As much as I think he's an idiot, I also think they are playing him for the fall guy and I suspect there are many more idiots like him still in FEMA and other agencies populated by Bushies.
