Certainly not true in GWB's case. Nor for Gore, Kerry, or any member of the Kennedy clan, none of whom imo had the brainpower to make it to the top without being the sons of privilege. You wanna talk about 'being born on third base,' take a gander at Kerry's career. Sauce for the goose...
