Patron you are a smart guy and I need you to help me understand - now I have not been through arizona in about 20 years, but here in fla - sand already comes out my faucets on both fla coasts - whole house filters are a necessity - not a luxury anymore. Now if I am not mistaken - looking at my globe - there is a big desert there in AZ - flat and dry - great for CAR testing - but how does that make it great for old retirees that like to drink lots of clean water - bathe in lots of clean water - swim in lots of clean water - flush the toilet after thier metamucil a few times a day - wash thier cars several times a week - wash thier clothes and bedding every other day - hose down thier houses and water thier lawns and plants and golf courses? The rattlesnakes can be used for FOOD so that is a plus. There is very little else I see on my globe that makes arizona good for long term sustainable development.

Here in FLA we can flush the sewage out to the sea and let the fishies and dumb yankee beach vacationers swim in the feces - but where are they gonna dump their problems in those developments?
