I think Ayn should be tortured forever because she smoked cigarettes and she thought and because God made her! :-) And God had planned the beginning and the end because this is not a Western where God gets tied up on a railroad track! Rand died at the age of 77 years. People cannot be punished after they are dead. This is the reason people commit suicide: to escape from unbearable pain or torment. There is no pain when you are unconscious on the operating table. And there is certainly no pain when your brain has died and all your cells have decomposed.
