Beats the hell outta me....but the climate here is GREAT for flipping properties off to greater fools who move in from out of state.....

Patron and shades:

I have travelled across the US more times and over more years than I care to admit to. And every time, I come back home thinking that before long we will witness serious water-based problems.

Beats the heck out of me too,.... and keeps me hunting for future water-based stock plays... a few have showed up already but just a bit "early".
