Delay is obviously guilty. $190,000 in corporate money was sent from his PAC to the RNC, laundered quickly, then sent right back illegally. Earle is no fool. He would not indict someone as powerful as Delay unless he had a witness or other smoking gun evidence which linked DElay to the transaction.

Remember though what this is really all about, stealing more elections. And stealing congress and hundreds of billions of dollars for corporate special interests.

Do you consider this "political murder" of Tom delay? Have a hearty weekend laugh over Tom Delay my friend. He is the American version of Saddam.

DeLay promises return even as he adjusts to new role
BY TODD J. GILLMAN
The Dallas Morning News

WASHINGTON - (KRT) - Stripped of power, facing a huge pay cut, mounting legal bills, enemies calling for his scalp and backbenchers itching for his permanent departure, Tom DeLay vowed Thursday to stick it out.

But in what role? Under indictment and forced from high office, would the Texas Republican still have the ear of the House speaker and others whose loyalty he cultivated, coerced and enforced so effectively on his way to the top? Could he ever hope to reclaim the job of majority leader, or will colleagues' patience wear thin as Democrats exploit the embarrassment of his "temporary" resignation?

"We're working on the agenda, got things to do," DeLay insisted, upbeat as he trudged off from a barbecue lunch with fellow Texas Republicans. "I'm still a member of the House. I have invested a lot in this agenda and want to make sure that whatever assets I can bring to the conference, I can work on it."
