re: I think thanks to Bush and his regressive policies, some of the states are going to become more assertive about their rights under federalism. Its probably not a bad thing.

I think it's a very good thing. We need somebody to override congress. Currently the bills that pass are written by special interests.

I think you should too. I don't think you're paying near enough for gas and electricity.

Double your state taxes on everything too so you can subsidize the poor who cannot afford a BMW or a degree.
