No i have not checked out those condos.

Seems that the "party line" on the real estate bubble is yes it is ending, but the aftermath will not be too bad with just modest price drops in bubble markets.

Why do I remain skeptical?

Are they still camping out in front of new developments?

The newest thing I hear down there is that people are still willing to go into contract at ridiculous prices on things (one I mentioned to you in a PM) but they can't close because they won't appraise.
