How many new condos already sold to a 'flipper' out there do you think are sitting empty but not on the market yet? How many more once those being built and already counted as sold will be added to that pool of 'dark' condos. Someday soon all these have to hit the market and inventory levels really skyrocket as it is becoming apparent the end user market for this cycle has already bought all they need.
