I sure hope she has been placing her money where her mouth is and leveraging the hell out of these properties personally. Trump probably has learned his lesson. These days he puts his brand name out there in joint ventures but little of his own capital. Next downturn gonna be interesting for vulture investors like me but we are still many years away from seeing early to mid 1990's environment again. Last time I had limited capital and little experience so this one is really gonna be fun<g>
