Your lame attempt to attack Texas is noted. Why is it so many liberal pinheads are so jealous of Texas that they feel the need to attack it all the time?

I merely asked you whether the goals of the Marines, NAvy, and Air Force are being met.

The Army will get the people it needs, and I hope it does so by increasing their pay and benefits.

A shortfall in army recruitment cannot be made up by the navy meeting its goals.

Actually it can, though I doubt it is required. During WW II, Korea, and Vietnam many were transfered from one branch to another.
