Ted, How come the poly ethnic, rainbow stew that the GOP claims to be now can't stop from putting a racial foot in its mouth at least once a mouth? What's racist about that statement? The fact that you have to ask is exactly the problem. The only thing I see is the typical overreaction from the usual suspects. Hmmmmmmm........the OC has huge brush fires....people throughout the county are evacuated. Many thousands of houses and apts. are destroyed. Later, when people are thinking of moving back into the OC, the county executive mentions that its less likely that the OC will have as many Asians as it did before. How would you react: His comment causes no reaction in you? His comment makes you curious as to what he means? His comment angers you because its suggests that there will be racial profiling in the new OC? You were born Asian but now are white and could care less what the country executive says? ted
