True. But I am still very curious as to what Novak told Fitzgerald. He rolled early and no doubt pretty completely. And it was important enough so that there never was a public appearance before the GJ. Although, when things go to actual trial, he no doubt will have his moment in the sun.

So Judy might have already been sold out. Fitzgerald just threw in the towel, knowing that she would wind up having to testify any way.

My guess is this thing will be wrapping up in a week or so. If that long.
