That line is being used in the other bubble markets too even mine where we really are land constrained with no new single family home development possible, best beaches, best winters and tons of people wanting to move here. Yeah I know this time is different but I gotta cash out, do something interesting and continue making a living from investing. When I can can sell land for 100 times what I paid for it in the 1990's or sell my house for $300k tax free profit in three years I'll take it. I'll let the new age moguls self disintegrate the next cycle before jumping back in Florida<g>
