Libby's attorney, Joseph Tate, said he had signed a waiver over a year ago, and that he was under the impression Miller's goal was to protect other sources, not Libby.

The public needs to demand a congressional investigation after Fitzgerald wraps up, if he doesn't indict Cheney and Bush. Miller was protecting bigger fish than Libby.

Valarie Plame bragged to all of her neighbors about how she was a spy and her hubby was a "diplomat". She outed herself before Lying Joe Wilson could get around to it.
