Libby's attorney, Joseph Tate, said he had signed a waiver over a year ago, and that he was under the impression Miller's goal was to protect other sources, not Libby. The public needs to demand a congressional investigation after Fitzgerald wraps up, if he doesn't indict Cheney and Bush. Miller was protecting bigger fish than Libby.
